1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and participation in The Black Friday Challenge by LifePreneur (the “Program”), offered by LifePreneur, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or purchasing the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Earnings Disclaimer, Testimonial Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Program.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Program is intended for individuals age 18 and older. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Black Friday Challenge by LifePreneur provides access to a private Discord community, daily live training sessions, call replays, pre-recorded training videos, community chats, and additional digital resources and bonuses. Access is granted until March 31, 2026, unless terminated earlier under these Terms.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 One-Time Payment

The Program is a one-time purchase. The standard price is $997. A limited-time promotional discount may be offered (e.g., $297).

4.2 Payment Processors

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Kartra, and others. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

4.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.

5. ACCESS PERIOD

Program access begins immediately upon purchase and continues until March 31, 2026. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access for violations of these Terms.

6. USER CONDUCT & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

You agree not to harass, harm, or threaten other members; spam or solicit inside the community; share affiliate links improperly; violate Discord’s Terms of Service; or impersonate staff. We reserve the right to remove your access for misconduct, with or without notice.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content provided within the Program—including videos, lessons, templates, training materials, audio, text, images, community posts, and proprietary documents—is the exclusive property of LifePreneur, LLC. You may NOT download, copy, or save Program videos or materials; share login or Discord access; distribute or republish content; resell or repurpose our training; teach our paid curriculum, frameworks, or methods; or record internal coaching calls or replays. Violations may result in termination and legal action.

8. TESTIMONIALS & EARNINGS

We may display real testimonials, screenshots, and experiences from students. Results vary and are not guaranteed. See our Earnings Disclaimer and Testimonial Disclaimer.

9. REFUNDS

We offer a 7-day refund period beginning on the date of purchase. Refund decisions are made with flexibility but remain at our sole discretion. See our Refund Policy for full details.

10. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & INTEGRATIONS

The Program may include or integrate with third-party services such as Discord, Stripe, PayPal, Rewardful, Kartra, TikTok Shop, analytics tools, pixels, and retargeting systems. You agree to comply with each platform’s terms and understand we are not liable for their service availability, data handling, or actions.

11. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION

We collect and process personal data such as names, emails, phone numbers, mailing addresses, device data, analytics, cookies, retargeting pixels, and more. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

12. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We may revoke access if you violate these Terms; engage in harassment, abuse, or illegal activity; misuse intellectual property; or harm the community. No refunds will be issued for access terminated due to violations.

The Program does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. All content is educational only.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program. You agree to hold us harmless for actions of third-party services or your use of the training content.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifePreneur, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Program, your violation of these Terms, your actions in Discord, or your business activities using our training.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. MANDATORY ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under AAA rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions against the Company.

18. AMENDMENTS

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately when posted on our website.
