1. OVERVIEW
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases of The Black Friday Challenge by LifePreneur (“Program”), provided by LifePreneur, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing the Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. REFUND WINDOW
We offer a 7-day refund period, beginning on the date of purchase. Requests submitted after the 7-day period are not eligible for a refund.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, you must email [email protected] within the 7-day window using the same email address used at checkout. Your request must include your full name and the email associated with your order.
4. FLEXIBLE REFUND EVALUATION
Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of LifePreneur, LLC. We strive to be fair and reasonable, and we review each request individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCT ACCESS
The Program includes immediate access to digital content, training materials, and a private Discord community. By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be “returned,” and access may be revoked upon refund approval.
6. MISUSE OR POLICY VIOLATIONS
Refunds will not be granted to individuals who:
Violate our Terms & Conditions
Harass or abuse community members
Engage in fraudulent activity
Misuse intellectual property
Attempt to download, copy, or distribute Program materials
We reserve the right to deny refunds for policy violations or misuse of access.
7. PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES
Depending on your payment method, Stripe, PayPal, or other processors may charge non-refundable fees. These fees may not be returned to you upon refund, in accordance with the policies of the payment processor.
8. ACCESS AFTER REFUND
If a refund is approved, your access to all components of the Program—including the Discord community, training materials, replays, and all digital content—will be revoked immediately.
9. NO REFUNDS AFTER ACCESS EXPIRES
Program access is provided through March 31, 2026. Refunds cannot be requested or processed after this access period has ended.
10. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to the Program constitutes a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery and participation to the payment processor and may revoke access permanently.
11. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
We may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately when posted on our website.
